At the end of November 2025 our company received approval from the Ministry of Commerce regarding the general export license for our dual-use items. Our company has been approved to export Neodymium Iron Boron Permanent Magnet Materials Containing Dysprosium to specific customers multiple times within one year.
According to the requirements, our company must establish and improve an internal compliance system for export control, regulate the export behavior of dual-use items including rare earth permanent magnets to prevent compliance risks and ensure the legal operation of the enterprise.
We hereby attach our company’s export control compliance policy statement for reference by our employees, customers, end-users, suppliers, and cooperating third parties to jointly comply with China’s export control related laws and regulations.
