FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you accept custom manufacturing?

Yes. We strive to offer and develop custom-made solutions to everyday manufacturing challenges in rare earth magnets and Neodymium magnet systems. Custom manufacturing represents more than 70 percent of our sales.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No. Any quantity is acceptable, but price needs adjusting to your order quantity, because production cost varies in quantity. Larger quantity is recommended so as to reduce your cost and then price.

What terms of payment do you accept?

We can accept payment via T/T, L/C, Western Union, etc. The terms of payment may be different for different customers. For new customers, normally we accept 30% deposit in advance and balance before shipment. For long-term customers, we allow better terms, like 30% deposit in advance and balance against B/L copy, 30% deposit in advance and balance after receipt of magnets, 100% payment after shipment, or even 30 days after receipt of magnets.

What is the average lead time?

Lead time may vary in magnets and magnet systems. The lead time is 7-10 days for Neodymium magnet sampling and 15-20 days for magnet system sampling. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days for rare earth magnets, and 25-35 days for rare earth magnet assemblies. Situation may change, so we suggest you check with us before placing an order, because sometimes some standard Neodymium magnetic assemblies might be available for just-in-time delivery.

Can you ship magnets or magnetic products via air?

Yes. In the plane, there are many important electronic types of equipment which are sensitive to magnetic force. We use our own special packaging to shield the magnetic force so that magnets can be shipped via air safely.

What is the product warranty?

We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. Regardless of warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone’s satisfaction.

How about the shipping charge?

The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Door-to-door express is normally the fastest but most expensive way. Seafreight is the best solution for heavy shippment. We can quote exact freight rates if you advise the details of order quantity, destination and shipping method.

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, we can provide most documentation including product specification, inspection report, RoHS, REACH, and other shipping documents where required.
